I am trying some digital with my fruit bowl still-life set up using TwistedBrush freeware (combination of oil-paint strokes and blending tool). This is quite fun. The best part of the session is that I ate my fruit models afterward.
Years ago I bought an art tablet when they first came out. I really enjoyed the digital art. I am sorry I didn't keep up with it. I thought then it was not real art and was just playing. Wow, was I wrong!!! This is a bright and lively as your watercolors Ai, let's see more!!!!
Thanks so much Marta. I hope to get a chance to by a digital tablet soon. It will be more fun and much easier. This one I did it with a mouse and took me quite some time to get the hang of it.
I am a computer science assistant professor who live and teach in Bangkok, Thailand. I love to do watercolor painting, reading, playing piano, cooking, and gardening.

You're doing brilliantly for just starting digi. I've had my tablet at least 6 years and I still can't do much with it, haha.
Thanks so much Julie. I did it using a mouse. I haven't had a chance to go buy digital tablet yet. I hope to see more of your digi.
